The invention relates to a knit machine industry, and in particular to pattern-forming electrically controlled devices of flat hall machines. A device for picking needles of a flat-panel machine is known, comprising patterned pushers with stepped hems arranged in rows, selector plates made in the form of two-arm levers mounted on an axis. The axis of the levers is fixed on the carriage of the machine, the lever selectively contacts with the ptakes of the patterned pushers with one shoulder, the device contains a software device with electromagnets, according to the number of selector plates lj. The disadvantages of the known device are that the selector plates are long-arm, in this case one of the arms contacts the heel of the patterned pusher not directly, but through additional linings. All this complicates the design of the device and reduces labor productivity. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design. This goal is achieved due to the fact that in the needle pick-up device of a flat-bed machine, which contains machine-mounted reciprocating movements in the slots of the machine behind the needles and in contact with the latter, patterned pushers with stepped heaps arranged in rows of numbers rows of PIECES, made in the form of two-arm levers mounted on an axis fixed on the carriage of the machine parallel to the grooves of the needle bed, on one shoulder of each of which there is a tilted lip, Selectively in contact with the threads of the patterned pushers of one row and the software of the machine with electromagnets on the number of selector plates, each selector on the plate is made in the form of an angular lever, while the other arm of each lever is filled in the form of a 19 FORK, and the corresponding electromagnet is placed in a fork . The device contains patterned pushers 2 with rods 3 installed in the slots of the machine needles 1. The pusher wires are arranged in steps and form rows (Figure 2). According to the number of row rows of patterned pushers there are selector plates 4, made in the form of two shoulders, mounted on a common axis 5, mounted on the carriage 6 of the machine. Axis 5 is parallel to the grooves of the needle bar. On one arm 7 of the plate 4, a sloping side 8 is made selectively interacting with the ptakes 3 of the pushers 2. The software device is located on the carriage and contains electromagnets 9, the number of which corresponds to the number of selector plates. The second shoulder 10 of the selector plate is made in the form of a fork, while the measles 11 of the corresponding electromagnet 9 is placed in the plug 10. The selector plates 4 are rotated on the axis 5 with the help of the core 11 and can take two positions: the first (Fig. 1) 8 interlocks with the heel 3 of the patterned pusher 2, in this case the selection of the corresponding needle takes place, and the second (FIG. 3), in which the inclined bald face slips along the hem 3, the selection does not occur. Thus, the implementation of selector plates in the form of compact two-arm arms and placing the electromagnet core directly in the plug of one of the arms significantly reduces the size of the machine and simplifies the design of the needle picker.

Claims (1) [1] DEVICE FOR SELECTING A NEEDLE OF A FLAT BINDING MACHINE, containing mounted machines with the possibility of reciprocating movement 'in the grooves of the needle bed of the machine behind the needles and contacting the latter with patterned pushers with step heels arranged in rows, selector plates according to the number of rows of heels made in the form of two shoulders, cm on an axis fixed to the carriage of the machine parallel to the grooves of the needle bar, on one shoulder of each of which an inclined flat is made, selectively in contact with the heels of the patterned push one row and a software device of the machine with electromagnets according to the number of selector plates, characterized in that, in order to simplify the design, each selector plate is made in the form of an angular lever, while the other shoulder of each lever is made in the form of a fork, and the anchor of the corresponding electromagnet is placed in the fork.
